Welcome to the BeeKeepers After School Club & Holiday Play-Scheme Web site. Our goal is to provide you with useful information about our organisation.

The BeeKeepers Club (Fulford out of School) was established in May 1999 through a start up fund from the City of York Council and Leisure services Department with the help, advice and support from York Childcare. The Club was formed in response to a questionaire that was sent out by Ann Chittock the out of School coordinator. The Club is a non profit organisation and is managed by a voluntary committee nominated from parents who's children attend BeeKeepers.

In Summer 2000 the Club received a grant from the New Opportunities Fund allowing it to open during School Holidays and some of the Teacher Training days ( When the Scout Hut is available )

The BeeKeepers Club is registered with Social Services under 8’s Office to ensure it is a safe and a suitable venue.

Parents are always welcome to attend the meetings, indeed the committee members are parents of the children who attend BeeKeepers. Look out for the notices within the Club and on the News Page..
